The hotel is conveniently located near a university's entrance, making it an ideal place for students or visitors coming there. One can find a decent vegetarian breakfast and lunch at the hotel. the friendly staff is always ready to help. Rooms are well-maintained, with clean beds and working AC and fan.
Some staff could use improvement in customer service training.

The hotel's location was perfect for me. It was just a short walk away from the main gate of the university where I was attending a conference. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the free Wi-Fi was a great addition for someone who needs to stay connected.
While my overall experience was good, there were a few things that could have been improved. The breakfast options were quite limited, and there wasn't much variety beyond the typical vegetarian South Indian fare.
